Founder, Creative Director
As Executive Creative Director in best-in-class branding and advertising agencies around the world, such as Modem Media and Ogilvy, Lino played a key role in bringing new businesses from those clients. Day-to-day duties always included formulating the creative strategies for those global brands and supervising the output across all disciplines involved to ensure its quality.
With vast experience managing large creative organizations (up to 60 creatives and experience designers), he has led work for all touchpoints of the customer journey, including global e-commerce sites, branding, microsites, online advertising campaigns, mobile programs, Direct-To-Consumer and also integrated work, such as TV, DRTV, print, DM, POS and experiential. His work has garnered many industry-first status, due to its ability to integrate technology in innovative ways to achieve business results.

Award-winning strategy director with over 20 years of experience building and transforming brands across all categories, channels, and segments. Seasoned pitch winner and strategic thought leader with range spanning iconic global brands to startups, not for profits, and challengers at both large agency networks and smaller indie shops. Deep senior experience in technology, healthcare, mobile, automotive, CPG, food/beverage, education,, B2B, and new brand development. Major pitch wins include Chevrolet Silverado, Nokia, Brand USA, Johnson & Johnson, Outback Steakhouse, Sharp, PwC, and CARFAX.
